Extremely useful course. Initially thought it was a tick box exercise but was very wrong. Delivered very well. Made me think. Practice learnt will be taken back to my area.

Ben and Jack are very good in their teaching skills. Really enjoyed both of them lessons.very easy to understand .

Ben and Jack were so good and explained each part really well and explained everything the group were unsure of, they also made the group involved in all of the topics. Will benefit me in my ward environment and day to day environment
