Interactive and very helpful. Helpful and kind trainer. Sufficient training for my ward. The only thing I would say to improve on is maybe include a way to access recaps of the breakaway and restrictive technique such as diagrams or access to videos etc.

Great to bring everything together on the last day This will definitely help in practice Liam was a great trainer, listened to everybody, always made sure everyone was okay and made sure everyone had a turn and practicing and perfecting each skill Thank you :)

I really enjoyed the skills practised through this course and Liam made it very engaging. I wish there were pictures included in the behaviour support book that was given at the first PBS study day to help visually remind me of the skills learned so that once I need to use the skills on the ward. I feel like I would be benefit from having a quick look at the pictures to refresh my knowledge.

Lots of appropriate information delivered well. Vast knowledge from both trainers, with many life experiences shared for clarity. Sufficient breaks given. Overall a well lead 3 days.
