Jamie was very friendly and knowledgeable, I enjoyed the course despite it being quite a long day. Thank you
Jamie was very engaging, enthusiastic and gave lots of examples. I enjoyed particularly the part where he explained the baseline and arousal events, because it made me understand so much that I can apply in work, but also in my personal life. Thank you so much, it was a great training!
