Brilliant

Great course and greater trainer. Definitely going to remember that there are cues that I can look out for before the behaviour of concern becomes more serious and I can try to distract/ de-escalate verbally rather than avoid.

I found the course really informative. The course trainers were very supportive and encouraging. A very relaxed and comfortable setting to learn. I found the combination of experiences and knowledge helped with getting to grips of the whole course.

Would have liked to have gone over all practical skill a bit more, but ran out of time. Enjoyed the course overall Andy really does know his stuff. Would have liked a few more ideas for refresh course
