Overall I thought the course was very interesting and engaging I have learnt alot. Ben is a great teacher in what he does and Im going to apply these techniques into my working life as a district nurse. I feel everyone that works in healthcare would benefit from this training and if applied correctly into work it will make such a positive impact on patients life.

I thought the course was really good. The trainer was really good as he provoked a lot of good discussions. There were some good practical exercises. It would be useful to have them more often than 3 years.

The trainer was very interactive with the team. He made sure everyone was caught up before moving to the next topic and gave time for questions. Overall a lovely trainer.
