Jamie’s manual handling training was delivered to a very high standard. The session was informative, practical, and easy to follow, with clear explanations of both the techniques and the reasons they are essential in our work. The interactive elements were particularly valuable, giving staff the chance to practise skills safely while receiving guidance and reassurance in real time. Jamie’s approach created a confident learning atmosphere, and the team came away with a stronger understanding of safe movement, risk reduction, and how to apply the techniques effectively in day to day practice. Trainer was easy to learn from and made the course enjoyable to take part in. The room was adequate but hall was unable to be used so the taller people struggled at very small parts.
