The medication training delivered by Jamie was excellent. The session was clear, well structured, and highly informative, ensuring everyone understood both the practical processes and the underlying reasons behind each step. Jamie created an engaging and interactive environment, encouraging questions and participation throughout, which made the learning experience far more meaningful. The real-world examples, practical demonstrations, and opportunities for discussion helped reinforce the key messages and boosted staff confidence in their responsibilities. Overall, it was one of the most thorough and accessible training sessions we’ve had, and the team left feeling well-equipped and supported.
