Great trainer, really appreciated Jack's approach and personal experience and anecdotes, engaging training style and very knowledgeable in the area. I was quite nervous of doing this refresher as thought I wouldn't remember much from the last one. ( John also taught this). Was suprised at how much I did remember and John made me feel very much at ease which meant I was less nervous. I thoroughly enjoyed the course.
