Really enjoyed the training Alan done a fantastic job in delivering it and kept it fun throughout.

Very good refresher training. Alan was able to trained us good and clear.. we learned things that we can apply on our job as a support worker.

The PBS course was easy to understand with proper illustration and demonstrations. Overall progressive approach taken by the trainer (Allan) to allow full grasp of the knowledge and skill.
