I have done restraining in my past jobs but now I can look at it differently. I have now placed much importance in keeping my customers on their base line than anything else. If I have to restrain that would be final resort, also I have learnt the importance of post incidents discussion.

The training was really good i learn lot of the from this training. Specially the trainer (ben) was really co operative and helpful, like the way of his teaching.

Really enjoyed the course , Lee Rafter felt I could relate well to him as he talked about personal experiences that were relevant to the course material also good at teaching the breakaway moves

The course was lot's better this time having a smaller group was better tuck things in better,was more personal and was made easier to do Lee was brill, spot on no complaints
