Maybe more videos. As I struggle sometimes to have power point bullet point. I’m more a visual learner (so I find videos easier)

Recapping on the arousal graph has triggered allot of information for me and has made me think more about acting rather than leaving things to late. Understanding cues, and loss of control to de escalation and the times in between have certainly made me think. Recording keeping to legislation and team work were highlighted very well in this training. Very informative 3 days.
