Rebecca and David were brilliant, very engaging. I usually find training like this difficult to sit through but they both really communicated well and kept us involved, they made it fun for us all and were really sensitive on emotive subjects. It provided me with more confidence in the role as they both have worked with service users previously. Really enjoyed it.

Well planned focus on specifics such as positional asphyxia. Time for useful discussion. Care taken to establish understanding and competent delivery of physical skills.
