Jon was a great trainer, he trained us for three days and we learned, laughed and got a lot of information to help the team in working within guidelines, legislation and company policies. I found the course to be really informative. I have not attended PBS before but have in the past encountered many occasions of behaviours that are of concern. I will definitely recommend the course to Aspire and feel it would be really useful for all staff to take part in. It was a very well put together course. Which has open my eyes about how to dellover PBS to support customer and staff.
