Good content of course, very useful to learn

I had learnt more than expected, it's was good.

Watching videos of someone fully compliant and able to help with hoisting and other movements leaves a false vision for anyone who is only just starting out. it would be much more helpful if it was more realistic.

Interactive Educative Knowledgeable

The trainer was good and she has good knowledge of the topic .

Got a clear and detailed idea about tracheostomy and medical devices like cannula, humidifier, ventilators and suctioning.

It was well organised and fun.

Both trainers very helpful and friendly. They made the course interesting and allowed plenty of time for people to ask questions and have group conversations.

On the whole I liked the course, could have been a little shorter, but it’s good as a reminder for people who have been working in this business for a while and it’s also good for people who just start to work in care
