Many thanks for a very informative course, led by a friendly, knowledgeable and professional trainer. The course content was really well explained and interactive. I felt able to participate and felt able to ask questions if I needed to.

yes it was ok, Zoom is ok but if not all have the mike off it causes noise, this was not corrected

The course was much longer than it needed to be and in my opinion would have been better received as an on line course.
