This training is good as a refresher but not if you haven't done care before.

Covered a lot of material but at a good pace, answering any questions as we went. Made sure everyone was understanding. Corrected our practical skills so we have the confidence in our technique. Learns a lot!

Basic, fundamental information

NHSP should consider where trainings are booked as there was no parking and we had to pay exorbitantly to park which is very inconsiderate as staffs don’t get paid to attend this courses, and also have to pay to park which is very sad. It is sad that NHSP could not even provide water let alone tea and coffee which tells a lot about how staffs are valued. Sad! The hotel were very nice to have provided lunch for both days.

Can be hard just to listen to one person fir the full length of the training.

The training would have been more better if in a place where we could easily be assessed but all the same nit too bad and overall we could have been paid because we went through lot before we accomplished.
