I felt there should be two courses, one for refresher vaccines and the other newly training. I felt there was too much emphasis on BLS, I understand the importance but not what I expected from the course. I have already completed my course this year in first aid and in depth BLS. The trainer was very knowledgeable but time keeping was poor as we overran by almost an hour. I would have liked more time to practice giving vaccines.

Geared for care homes not domiciliary care, I would have like to see transfer from wheelchair shower chair etc, assisting with walking this is more apt for my staff , also things like assisted baths

I really enjoyed the training over the 3 days. At the end of each day i looked forward to the next. I feel that the course taught me lots of useful information that i will be able to use going forward in my job role. Thankyou to Gaynor and Craig.

She instructor was very precise ,accurate and very practical , she helped me to understand the basic and also what to expect on the job.
