Good as refreshing course. Lots of talking time for the teacher not always engaging.

OK for a refresher if you've been doing it a while but concerned if it is the training for people new to care who haven't used the equipment and techniques before. It puts the the training of how to use equipment responsibility on the other care staff rather than a trained trainer

I enjoyed the course, the training was very well described and helped me learn what i needed to know.

Craig has been an excellent teacher today, giving us helpful skills to take to practice that are more effective. Has been really down to earth and has taken the time to explain to us and encourage us in the session really well.
