the trainer was engaging and encouraged group participation without feeling under pressure or humiliated. Jenny allowed us to have regular breaks and there was always plenty of tea and coffee.

Trainer was very friendly and helpful. We had a laugh whilst learning important information which we will take with us and put into practice when the time comes.
