Really good course to have when returning to nursing after a 6 month break. Keith is very friendly and approachable. An excellent trainer with lots of experience in care.

Delivery was clear and friendly - content was re evaluated to meet our needs

Cannot comment on 1st part of course as was not allowed to join. Feedback is for afternoon session only. Enjoyed 2nd part - hopefully will be able to solve a problem for a patient.
