very well delivered, spoke clearly and fun happy personality during training. Loads of examples to anyone who were not grasping concept's and healthcare legislation and Policies and practices. happy in appearance , body language and facial expression's. really enjoyable training session, better than most.

The course was very interesting and will be very helpful in my job.

It was a great session and the trainer made everything so much easier to learn. However we including the trainer were not given enough room to be able to do practical training.
