Good trainer. I have learn new things during the training and feeling more confortable going to work and help in case of emergency

much better if it was a group course in person, so we could practise CPR with the dummies. however, it was done the best it could be, given the circumstances of covid etc.

The course was educative,mostly the practical aspect. I was able learn more things.

Good introduction into tracheostomies and there care

the course is a good refresher overview of first aid. I am disappointed that we are not provided with face to face training as virtual training does not give the same hands on experience.

Although the course content was very good , parts are irrelevant to job role as a pharmacist and we had to complete online training on the same subjects which is duplication .
