good course helped refresh knowledge

a very thorough course although probably more applicable to care home settings. It has given me a great deal of thought as to how I do new member assessments and the questions I need to ask, and also what I would do at a lunch club setting.

This gave me a brilliant insight into mental health, the types of and reason for observation. And so compassionately delivered. It was inspiring. Thank you😁
