Sam was really knowledgeable and really helped to understand the key aspects of being a mental health care assistant. I felt the 2 days of learning was actually more useful than a year at university. I feel lots more confident in going into working with NHSP. It was useful to do the group activities and also how Sam asked questions and always made sure we were involved.

I found the course informative, inclusive and a great refresher. The Trainer was friendly, Allowed time for questions and was very detailed.
