Really good 3 days, Given alot of knowledge to what I'm going to expect when I start my new role. Nancy was very friendly and willing to answer any questions that came to light not making us feel silly for asking them. Honest with us is various situations of what we might come across but then reassuring us with solutions. Amazing thank you
