Informative day, trainer delivered content well and made the day interactive and interesting

Trining proving was knowledgeable from the provider , PowerPoints seemed to show some discrepancies with vital missing information or terms uses. Very poor vides used if the hover Jack no health or safety shown , sepsis mentioned blood poisoning which is questionable, perhaps recovery position should of been covered too

Craig is fab, 10/10 would use again A++++ great seller etc

Very useful, learnt lots. Answered all our questions and gave reasons why we need to do things a certain way.

I thought Gaynor was brilliant her knowledge level was amazing and she was really engaging other than the other moving and handling training sessions I have done before
