Trainer was fantastic, friendly and very knowledgable Training content was mostly not relevant to role and previously covered during online training Facilities were poor- no parking or tea and coffee provided Would like to be paid for this time as it is required for the role

Hotel has no car parking. Difficult to get to. No refreshments other than to purchase . Toilets not cleaned. No loo paper.
