As usual no paediatric content ..why when working in paeds do we need to attend adult .I acknowledge I am also adult but many of the hca here work on paeds and this training did nothing to enhance their knowledge of child field

The training was very beneficial and was delivered very well. Suzanne kept us engaged and made sure we developed our skills further.

Fab day in the class room learning newer up to date techniques our teacher suzie was brilliant made us all feel welcome and comfortable in our learning sessions.

The trainer was very good , not trainers fault but hoist didn't arrive and had no indication if we have to come back , which would result in more loss of work , trainer did every thing she could to resolve issue
