It would have been better to have Handouts,as looking at TV screen was difficult to read slides.

The Trainer was very interactive and knowledgeable about the course content. She engaged well through out and supplement teaching with hypothetical situations. Also, she ensured everyone understood a topic before moving onto another.

The course was very relevant And have gained more skills

There wasnt always refernce to Peads material. For example on NEWS was shown, not PEWS, only DNR / Respect form shown not ACP etc

Terri maintained professional service throughout the course. Approachable, supportive and make trainees feel at ease. She is very knowledgeable and well informed. Has great sense of humour. She deserves pay rise.
