Denitsa has been an excellent trainer delivering relatable content with a lot of practical examples and group discussion. She was very validating of points raised by the group which encouraged high participation. She was highly knowledgeable around the important topics of life support and manual handling and had an appreciation of our different backgrounds and knowledge levels. Denitsa also highlighted the importance of self care when caring for others which I was happy to hear.
