In my opinion the training is well structured. I have gained helpful additional information from the trainer helping me to develop deeper understanding in CPR, burns as we as techniques for application for different vulnerable adults with mobility and ability issues.

Sam is a brilliant trainer with a vast amount of knowledge. He made the training fun whilst still educational which is important to keep engagement of trainees. Thank you Sam
