Different training for me as opposed to hospital training. Good to do something different.

Good session, active and enjoyable.

I found the training to be very beneficial. The trainer was able to articulate her points quite clearly which made it easy for me to understand. I learnt many new things which will be useful to me not just for the now, but also for the future.
