Well organised training, Sam involved everyone and allowed people to use examples in a safe and secure manner.

The trainer was very patient, and knowledgeable. The training was very informative and delivered in a manner that I was easy to understand and was very engaging.

The training was very amazing in the system of delivering, communication, interactive and in-depth knowledge sharing. And even gave some snacks to us. Also helped us sort out car parking with the hotel.

The training was a comprehensive one, materials available for the training, and every one participated actively. It was very interactive, during practical and group discussion. I have learnt so much and this training will help me work better and effectively with service users.
