The mix between the banding needs to be looked at. Having a band 6/7 with certain knowledge and skills with a group of Band 2/3, the training is not tailored according to the banding.

i understand what was taught and i liked how we weren’t just sat the whole time and we were up doing things we could potentially be doing in the work field

It is an interactive and educative session, well delivered.
