Good course, gave background and useful tips for taking blood.

The course did meet the objectives, we completed immunisation, basic life support and anaphylaxis training. Although this was not my first immunisation training I definitely felt I learnt something after leaving.

Very interactive

Noted that several people joined nearly 15 minutes late and were driving or wandering their house,obviously not paying full attention which went without anything being said and which was irritating to those who gave the course their full attention.

I was happy to see the innovation in delivery given the present situation with Covid-19
