I am very disappointed that we aren’t getting paid for these courses. Mandatory training should be paid work, especially on a bank holiday

It’s a good course.

I felt that if I hadn't had any previous experience i wouldn't have benefitted from the final video's regarding the sling as it wasn't relevant to our client group

I think if it had been possible to have delivered the training face to face then it would have been five star across the board - the virtual delivery format makes it harder to get the benefit of full participation from all the participants, but I feel that this was handled as well as possible under current circumstances.
