Very trainer

As a new carer, I feel that the course dealt with emergency functions and not enough with the attaching of straps to machines and any pitfalls to avoid.

Quality of the videos didn't come across particularly well but good enough to show the practical side.

Course objectives clearly explained, well delivered

Could be done in a shorter amount of time however tutor was brilliant

Great course, very explanatory and straightforward

I found course very useful as a refresher, but understandably doing training by zoom rather than face to face , made it sometimes more difficult to follow , and see what was been demonstrated
