There where some technical issues delaying start but that was not the trainers fault his part of the course was efficient and thorough

would have been better doing a face to face course as its better being able to practice on equipment but this was sufficient under the circumstances

The course was easy to understand and Barry was very approachable if you wanted to ask any questions.

This could be the new way of learning via Zoom. Saves having to travel, you are in the comfort of your own home. Always good for a refresher of information The only down side is that we don't get to meet our work colleagues face to face.
