The trainer perfectly explained the course thoroughly and I feel a lot my confident and feel my knowledge has been widened, I learnt a lot, also a lot that I didn't know, I enjoyed finally learning about first aid after asking my previous company for the training but they failed to provide it, so I'm grateful for being taught step by step the correct procedures and routes to take when finding myself in a life threatening situation with either a client/member of public.

I feel a lot more confident and have a clear understanding of the rights and wrongs of administrating medication and also a good knowledge of how to clearly record everything in the correct and appropriate way.
