I felt that if I hadn't had any previous experience i wouldn't have benefitted from the final video's regarding the sling as it wasn't relevant to our client group

I think if it had been possible to have delivered the training face to face then it would have been five star across the board - the virtual delivery format makes it harder to get the benefit of full participation from all the participants, but I feel that this was handled as well as possible under current circumstances.

Can’t do moving handling over the tv ?

At the moment while covid is still high the face to face training is pointless as we didn’t do anything different than what was on the online training other than cpr

Pointless not learning any different from online training

Excellent refresher course this morning. Maggie was so thorough and very professional.
