many aspects of the course were non applicable to our role and the trainer focused on AED despite it being communicated to her by all attendees that we are not allowed to use this in our settings. did not teach up to date guidance despite repeatedly telling us what it is. videos shown were non applicable to our sites and the sound was poor. again this was all communicated by attendees but not acted upon. the course could have been a lot shorter than 3 3/4 hours if the trainer had not focused on these aspects and repeated herself many many times.

Really liked the dummies, the fact that they light up helps you ensure your are doing it right.
