It was a bit strange initially to achieve learning outcomes through ZOOM but certainly learnt a lot

Course was very informative and easy to follow and the videos used to give a visual representation were very helpful,. Course wasn't too long and we were given adequate breaks if we wanted them. All questions were answered and the trainer was helpful.

Using Zoom is an ideal way of doing courses. I find it really easy to work around my rota, as it avoids travelling time. The sessions are great for asking questions, and being interactive too.

I feel the course was perfect for my needs. Some old knowledge and skills were revisited and new ones learn't. A very worthwhile day and a big thank you to Linda for making it an enjoyable day

The trainer provides enough equipment for the training , and i gained more from the training which I will apply the following to my experience and practice what I learned most from the course
