It made everything more comfortable because of opportunity to do the training online. Felt more relaxed, saved time and travel expenses as it was a refresher to me. I liked that the learning material provided with mixed in videos, also I was able to download it on my computer.

I enjoyed the session. As an NHS staff who has experienced increased stress with COVID I thought of getting help for myself. Even though I struggled to get on to the course immediately. I contacted staff members who were very supportive.
