It was a long course but we had several breaks to refresh ourselves, all the other learners participated which was refreshing, and does not happen much when in a room all together. The trainer kept her eyes on us in case we may have been struggling, she was very observant and aminated

very informative for myself and family especially my mom she was even more attentive than I was. we are dealing with my mom having a stroke earlier this year, she is now correcting us on how to use the sling and hoist properly. we were using the slide sheet wrong now than she knows what to do we are being told off.
