trainer was warm and engaged well with the group, professional and knowledgeable, information was interesting and appropriate, time went quickly, use of videos and clear power point presentation, subject matter covered thoroughly with clearly set out objectives, lots of information with work related examples given, appropriate time with no gaps, excellent session, many thanks as this will help with competency and confidence in the workplace.
