I learnt alot today

The theory was supported with adequate video

I don't think that the objectives of the course would have been achieved as there was not the opportunity to practice the skills imparted.

enjoyable and good to be up to date

Course was very informative, The only I would say is I recieved the email only 5minutes before the course started and I didn't have a passcode but the lady on the phone I spoke too on the phone was lovely and sorted it out quickly. The trainer was very friendly and a good teacher.

As discussed during training this training tool is work in progress which will be perfected ready for use to impact and improve the standard of service provision.

It was a great idea to shadow this training and I feel that I have updated and refreshed my existing professional skills.

The course was great, i recapped first which helped my knowledge then done my practical and my trainer was awesome! 10/10 training course
