Difficult session due to IT issues but trainer knowledgeable and tried to be as interactive as possible

It was a pity that the course was affected by the technical issues. videos not playing, screen not sharing and as such the course was rushed and the trainer was understandably distracted.

The course content was adequate and well served

Hopefully face to face trainings to be organised in the near future especially for new care staff who never worked in care sector before.

Due to current restrictions this a good refresher training course. Learnt new ways to use Slide Sheets.
