lovely training instructor, laid back and very informative for a refresher

Trainer was exceptional, explained everything in great detail. Waited for everyone to speak and gave everyone a chance to speak and give opinions and answers. Also as well as letting everyone speak openly, she picked on people to answer which i feel is great teaching as it makes sure everyone is listening anf understanding

Really enjoyed the course. Especially learning About the choking in a wheelchair.
