very nice training

The course was very well organised, the instructor very clear and informative however this being manual handling did really need a practical aspect as at least one person on the course was new to caring and had never had to deal with a live situation using the hoists or slings.

the online class is all good. however due to pandemic we couldn't do practical with Catriona. But all informations have been given to us especially the practical in the workplace that it needs to be completed within 3 months.
