Really good trainer and really enjoyed this course.

Very well delivered, easy to understand course. May have been better if the slide content was slightly bigger as couldn't read effectively due to distance.

I enjoyed the course and was a lot better than other BLS courses I’ve attended. I feel that the different sessions didn’t last longer than they needed to and the information was concise and relevant. I liked that everything was explained which made it easier to understand, and that we were allowed multiple attempts to try the vaccination.

Room was far too cold to be comfortable!!

Overall i thought this was one of the best M&H sessions i have attended. There was plenty of time to ask questions, and the atmosphere in the room was relaxed and fun, which always helps with learning. Gaynor had plenty of really good exercises and practical elements for us to do, backed up with memorable experiences that aid the learning. Overall very good!
