The room was cold but otherwise comfortable

Everything was ok

Venue was cold, had a maintenance issue with heating. CPR & AED training is a very much whistle stop tour and for people who are not familiar with this, might find this is not sufficient enough and likely may need further training.

It's should be done on yearly basis to refresh all staff

Really good. Courtney assessed our level Of knowledge first and then proceeded with that in mind. He was friendly and made sure everyone had a chance to speak and have a go. Very approachable and helpful guy. And very knowledgeable!
